Hybrid PC structure design and construction

  • Daelim is reviewing a hybrid PC structure by reduce the construction period and minimize manpower by dry construction. Meanwhile, we have also developed a PC beam and slab and stairway system. The PC Double Beam Structure is easily applied to cases with high floor height and large live loads such as distribution centers. The COSEC Stairway System uses a construction method that ensures quality and reduces the construction period by applying PC to the stairway part when constructing the core lines of high-rise buildings.

  • A plane truss type shear reinforcement, which is developed to reinforce slab-column joint in vulnerable flat plate system to shear force shows structural resistance performance for direct shear failure and unbalanced moments. Also, it allows independent structural behavior, even after concrete slab is damaged.
